Scott Guiliana

Scott Guiliana serves as a Managing Principal of Vanbridge and leads the Program Management division. Mr. Guiliana has over 25 years of management liability brokerage and underwriting experience handling both public and private company D&O and E&O.

Since joining Vanbridge in 2009, Mr. Guiliana has developed and implemented the firm’s program management division, which now includes four proprietary programs designed specifically for Private Equity Firms, Alternative Asset Managers and their portfolio company holdings.

Prior to joining Vanbridge, Mr. Guiliana served as a Vice President at Wells Fargo. As part of his role, he was a member of the team responsible for establishing a national practice for professional and executive risk. In addition, Mr. Guiliana worked extensively with Wells Fargo’s insurance offices and banks, where he developed risk management strategies for the firm’s larger clients.

Prior to Wells Fargo, Mr. Guiliana was a Vice President at Willis in the national executive risk practice, where he specialized in providing D&O and E&O technical expertise to the firm’s major clients.

Mr. Guiliana began his insurance career at AIG, where he spent five years leading a team of D&O underwriters.Mr. Guiliana received a B.B.A. in Marketing from George Washington University in Washington, DC.
