Warren Stella

Warren J. Stella serves as a Managing Principal in our New York City office. He brings his risk management expertise to the Private Equity / Venture Capital sector and their portfolio company holdings. Additionally, his targeted interest is highly focused on the investment community.

Since joining Vanbridge in 2011, Mr. Stella has been heavily involved in all aspects of selectively tailored products and solutions, which are specifically clientele-centric. He focuses on meticulous program design and placement services that accommodate the individual needs of each Fund’s business demographic. In addition, Mr. Stella leads a team of brokers across the Vanbridge platform.

Prior to joining Vanbridge, Mr. Stella served as a Broker at Wells Fargo, where he began his career. As part of his role, he was a member of the National Accounts team and Private Equity Practice, where he specialized in the due diligence process, placement and servicing of the firm’s top clients.

Mr. Stella is an exemplary member of the New York Police and Fire Widows’ and Children’s Benefit Fund charity organization, where he holds a leadership seat on the organization’s Junior Board.

Mr. Stella received his B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in corporate finance from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA.
