Karl Feitelberg is a Managing Principal at Vanbridge, an EPIC company, and a licensed insurance advisor with over forty years of experience advising ultra-high-net-worth families and family enterprises. His practice, which became part of Vanbridge in October 2024, is centered on advanced life insurance solutions supporting multigenerational wealth transfer and long-term family enterprise planning.

In his role, Karl focuses on the design and implementation of sophisticated life insurance strategies addressing asset accumulation, liquidity planning, and estate and gift tax efficiency. His work is distinguished by a disciplined, highly customized approach to structuring solutions that support generational continuity and complex succession objectives for domestic and international clients.

Prior to joining Vanbridge, Karl founded and led Sterling Resources, Ltd. and Sterling Resources International of Bermuda, Ltd., building a firm known for its specialization in complex estate planning and insurance advisory services. The firm’s growth and longevity were shaped by a service philosophy rooted in enduring family values and a multigenerational legacy in the insurance industry spanning more than a century.

Karl’s extensive international experience and exposure to diverse cultures have informed his ability to navigate complex client dynamics and deliver advice aligned with the nuanced objectives of families of significant wealth. He maintains a strong emphasis on long-term relationships and ongoing advisory engagement, now enhanced by the expanded platform, resources, and institutional depth of Vanbridge and EPIC.

In addition to his advisory practice, Karl has been an active private equity investor for more than two decades and serves as an advisor to companies across the technology, security, medical, and agricultural sectors. He is a board member and strategic advisor to Nanotronics Health, where he supports initiatives focused on advancing access to affordable respiratory and sleep apnea technologies.
