We will help you to dissect and understand your opportunities, assisting in researching opportunities based on your clientele and or prospects.

We also understand the relationships described above take time. Trust is created through relationship building, meetings, education, presentations as well as regional and local marketing efforts. Whether it’s a Zoom, in-person presentation, email or phone call, we can provide the level of support desired by each office to build and maintain faith in this partnership. It is not uncommon, when the advisors have us a part of their team, for the clients to contact us directly with quick questions to review plans – our relationship with the advisor, in the client’s eyes, is seamless.

In those cases where a firm or advisor has insurance expertise, can manage and model quotes or determine the solutions, we will assist in ensuring they have all the relevant information needed to make an informed decision on product choice and design and we will guide them through the complete process, negotiate the best results and take all steps to make the process and experience as smooth as possible. We provide advisors with as much or as little as they desire – sales ideas, case designs, product information, underwriting intelligence, illustrations, marketing materials, application preparation, etc. Advisors have a range of interest in this information, and we want to neither inundate the advisor with unwanted communications nor leave them wanting more.

Wholesale, Brokerage General Agency

Your firm may have some or many of the necessary capabilities to offer insurance services. These firms will typically need limited direct client consulting. Outsourcing the agency services to Vanbridge Life & Executive Benefits allows immediate scale, resources and capabilities that very few offer within the industry. These services include many of the items listed in the resources section.

Vanbridge Life & Executive Benefits will offer a full pass-through of a competitive compensation model with no split requirement when the firm has the capabilities to create the opportunity and work through the process. In this example, we will support you throughout.

Direct to Client Consulting

Working with your firm, advisors, and clients directly to facilitate the potential need or analysis. Which includes, but is not limited to, ongoing management assistance of the product, strategy, and solution. In this example, you would have chosen to simply refer your client to the Vanbridge Life & Executive Benefits team.

We provide all necessary and related services to most or all of the contact with the client, direct advisory, back office, sales, design, case management and all full support services. Firms that choose this option typically want limited contact throughout the process. Vanbridge will pass through an agreed percentage of the gross compensation.

Fee Only Advisory Firms

Vanbridge provides all services and client contact with the authorization of the firm/advisor. Vanbridge is compensated directly. In this model, the Firm is typically structured not to accept revenue via commissions in any way. The firm has chosen this guideline as a business and/or their ADV is filed as such. Please keep in mind, Vanbridge does not manage money nor investments; therefore, if the underlying product has investments, Vanbridge may need to hire the firm for these services.

Fee: When appropriate, we work on an hourly or flat fee basis as well.
