The process typically begins with discussions related to the client’s financial, business, and personal background. Additionally, whenever possible, we conduct deep-dive research on our clients, which aims to uncover more intricate details, nuances and complexities that might not be evident or initially recognized.

The design process may require a serious analysis or a simple solution based on these conversations. The primary contact will assist in understanding what those steps should be. If it is more transactional – an obvious basic need – the case design team will analyze and benchmark the products for the most viable options and work with the advisor and/or client to pursue those scenarios.

If it’s more complex, we will complete a detailed and objectively written analysis. These may include full structural concepts and strategies as well as transparency around product benchmarking and costs. These are not boiler-plated and are specific to the client – each situation is different. Plans are based on the complexity of the issues that exist in each situation. The output does not drive the overall work but rather the input required to create it.
