Managing Principal
Mike is a Managing Principal with Vanbridge’s Life and Executive Benefits division. He manages the day-to-day operations of the Rockford, IL location. Mike enjoys working with producers on their advanced life insurance cases in the business and estate planning markets.
Mike has been in the insurance and financial services industry since 1988. He began his career in insurance working as a Registered Representative and Sales Manager for John Hancock Financial Services. He then served for five years as the Director of Advanced Sales for Trustmark Life Insurance Company. He joined the Larry Gordon Agency in 1999, which was acquired by Vanbridge, an EPIC company, in 2022.
Mike served as a past President for the Northwestern Illinois Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, the Northern Illinois Society of Financial Professionals, and the Rockford Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors.
Mike earned a B.S. in Finance from Illinois State University. He also earned the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designations from the American College in Bryn Mawr, PA.
