Paula Fasciano
Principal
Paula is a Principal in Vanbridge’s Casualty Practice, where she leverages her expertise to serve large and middle market accounts. Paula is involved in all aspects of Vanbridge’s Casualty business, including due diligence, marketing, placement and post-binding client servicing of accounts.
Prior to joining Vanbridge in 2008, Paula was with Marsh and McLennan, where she began her career in 1991 as a Casualty Broker. Over the years, she worked her way up in a variety of different roles in Risk Management Casualty.
Paula graduated from Dickinson College with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies.
In her spare time, Paula is the sole proprietor of Bake Ability, a bakery dedicated to employing adults with developmental disabilities. She opened her storefront in 2021 and currently employs 20 young adults, including her 2 sons, who live with Fragile X Syndrome.
Paula is also a Board Member of The Next Step Programs. Founded in 2015, TNS is a 501(c)(3) dedicated to creating opportunities for people with disabilities as they age out of the public school system.
