Atlas General Holdings Enters Strategic Partnership with Vanbridge Holdings

Atlas General Holdings, a California based full service insurance services company that specializes in providing commercial insurance solutions, and Vanbridge Holdings LLC, an insurance intermediary, capital advisory, insurance and reinsurance management firm, jointly announced today that Vanbridge has made a permanent capital investment in Atlas through its newly formed Vanbridge Strategic Partners division. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed; however, Vanbridge will hold a seat on the Atlas General Holdings Board of Managers.
