Nancy Rodrigues

Nancy Rodrigues is a Managing Principal at Vanbridge, an EPIC company. She works on the Transactional Solutions team, focusing on Tax and Contingent Liability placements. Nancy is an attorney by background who has been instrumental in the evolution of Transactional Risk solutions. With 20+ years of experience, Nancy was a former Managing Director at both Aon and Marsh in their respective private equity practices. She was one of the first underwriters and brokers handling R&W and Tax placements in the late 90s when these products first entered the US market.

While at Marsh, she led the Financial and Professional Lines group within the firm’s Private Equity and M&A Practice and was responsible for negotiating General Partnership Liability programs for some of the industry’s largest private equity funds and overseeing the placement of management liability programs for their portfolio companies. At Aon, she focused on transactional risk, including R&W, Tax and Contingent Liability programs, structuring tailored insurance solutions to address clients’ unique risks. Nancy is a graduate of Rutgers University, where she earned a B.A. in English Literature and a J.D. from Rutgers Law School.
