Philip V. Moyles, Jr. is a Managing Principal and CEO of Vanbridge, which is an EPIC company.  He also serves as an Executive Vice President of EPIC and is on the firm’s Executive Committee. Mr. Moyles has over 35 years of experience in the insurance industry. Prior to joining Vanbridge, Mr. Moyles was an Executive Vice President and CEO of the Americas for Marsh LLC (Marsh McLennan Companies). During a twenty-year career at Marsh LLC; he was Head of Global Products and Services, had responsibility for the managing general underwriting platform of the firm (Victor O. Schinnerer & Co., Inc.), led the company’s distribution efforts and built the company’s Private Equity and M&A Services business. He received the Marsh McLennan Companies Inter-Company Professional Recognition Award and led the formation of MaRI, which was the first sidecar created directly for the property catastrophe risks of corporate clients. He was on the Marsh LLC Board of Directors, it’s Operating and Executive Committees and served on the Marsh & McLennan Companies Executive Committee.

Mr. Moyles is a Senior Advisor of A&M Capital Partners and DIATOMS, Inc. He is a former Senior Advisor of CVC Capital Partners and Stone Point Capital.  He also served on the Board of Overseers for St. John’s University School of Risk Management and is the President and on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the New York Police and Fire Widows’ and Children’s Benefit Fund. In addition, Mr. Moyles serves on the Board of Regents of the Portsmouth Abbey School, where he is the Chairman of the Annual Fund.

Mr. Moyles holds a A.B. from Kenyon College and is a graduate of The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College Executive Program.
