Vanbridge Holdings LLC Acquires Dowling Hales and Hales Securities

Vanbridge Holdings LLC, an insurance intermediary, capital advisory and insurance and reinsurance management firm, announced today the acquisition of Dowling Hales, LLC, one of the oldest and most experienced advisory firms, together with its broker-dealer affiliate, Hales Securities, LLC, a member of FINRA/SIPC.

The acquisition brings Dowling Hales and Hales Securities under the Vanbridge umbrella of companies and represents the strength of their strategic vision to bring all of the services related to insurance, reinsurance and the capital markets into a single organization focused on creating bespoke solutions for the alternative asset management industry.
